ETHAN BEUM

Head Coach (7U)

Ethan Beum brings a passion for leadership, development, and competition to the field. Having grown up across multiple states—including Wyoming, Colorado, Virginia, and Georgia—he experienced a wide range of coaching styles and team environments that helped shape his perspective on sports and teamwork.

Coach Beum played baseball from Little League through high school and was a varsity multi-sport athlete, competing in baseball, basketball, and golf. He continued his athletic career
at Bridgewater College, where he played collegiate golf.

He began his coaching career in the Scott County Youth Baseball league, where he coached for
six seasons. During that time, he helped develop young players at multiple levels and helped
lead his team to a Rookie Ball Championship in the summer of 2025.

He is committed to building a positive, structured environment where young athletes can develop strong fundamentals, grow their confidence, and build a lasting love for the game. Coach Beum believes that youth sports are about more than wins and losses. His coaching philosophy centers on effort, accountability, teamwork, and resilience—values that extend far beyond the field.

“My goal as a coach is to help every player grow—not just as an athlete, but as a person. If they learn to give their best effort, support their teammates, and handle adversity the right way, they’re already winning.”
