“My coaching philosophy is to create an environment that will encourage athletes to learn and excel on the field and in all aspects of their lives,” said Coach Martin. “The coaches will strive to win games, win respect, build character, and ensure that this team is always held in the highest regard. Respect is paramount in this philosophy. All players must show respect to the game of baseball, coaches, umpires, parents, and teammates. Being a good teammate is one of the most important aspects of being on any team. Another aspect is having players with strong character, develop discipline and leadership skills needed to achieve at a high level. As a coach it is always my goal to help the players develop their skills in baseball and help them build and maintain character.”

Coach Martin currently resides in Frankfort with his wife, Jessica, and two children, Ella and Barrett.
